I booked an appointment with Gitana to discuss my current HRT prescription from the NHS and the possibility of adding testosterone to my regime, after being told by an NHS menopause consultant that it was too early to consider testosterone. Gitana really took the time to go through my medical history and all my symptoms. She recommended a small change to my current HRT dosage and arranged a blood test for testosterone levels. My levels came back low and she was able to provide a private prescription which arrived very quickly through the post. Gitana ensured that I understood the correct dosage and potential side effects and offered other lifestyle advice to support my menopause journey. She was professional and kind throughout, and I really appreciate all the help that she gave me. I would absolutely recommend talking to Gitana if you are unsure about how to navigate your perimenopause or menopause, as she is so knowledgable. Her consulting rooms are easy to find, plenty of free parking available nearby.
