The GP was late and, despite apologising, initially appeared unaware of the reason for my appointment. I had already explained my situation in detail when booking, and the receptionist had specifically checked with the GP whether this was a service they could offer before confirming the appointment. The most unacceptable part was being charged £115 for a 20-minute appointment, only to discover that the GP had already discussed my case with his colleagues, yet none of them felt confident prescribing what I needed. The GP himself confirmed that there had been considerable internal discussion about my situation. Apparently, only one other GP at the practice could potentially help, and he would need to come in specially as he does not work there regularly. So, despite the practice having discussed my case internally and confirmed they could offer the service, I was still called in and charged £115 simply to be told that another appointment with a different GP was required. Why was this not established before booking? Why was I not informed of the situation following the initial enquiry, rather than being charged for an appointment that achieved absolutely nothing? The entire experience feels cynical and money-driven, showing a complete disregard for patients’ time and money. The lack of professionalism was disgraceful, and I have still not received the promised follow-up. Needless to say, I will not be returning and would strongly caution anyone considering this practice. Edit: I was contacted immediately after leaving this review by Rachel the Clinic manager who, to her credit did make every effort to remedy the situation. She issued me a refund and apologised profusely and I have to say the way she dealt with the issue was fantastic. I will still not be returning but she did at least manage to restore a bit of faith.

Recently went through the RTC ADHD process with Well life and Dr Hafiza Akram, the process was seamless and after 8 weeks I’m finally on ADHD medication! They are very helpful and attentive, and I didn’t feel bad at any point during the process. If you’re looking for a provider and not sure who to go with, I highly recommend well life clinic and I’m really glad I chose them for this process. I’ve recommended so many people to them as well!

The people I dealt with and the person who carried out my ADHD assessment were all friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the administrative side has been a very different experience. I’ve already had my ADHD assessment and have been trying to book my results appointment. It’s now been a week and I’m still can’t book it. I was told to call back next week because the doctor’s August availability wasn’t available yet, despite it already being August. That makes very little sense. I’ve already spoken to someone and at this point I just want my results. The whole process feels incredibly disorganised and much slower than I was led to expect. It took long enough to get the original assessment, and if I eventually manage to book my results appointment, I have no idea how much longer I’ll be waiting. It’s a shame because the staff themselves have been pleasant, but the delays and lack of organisation have made the overall experience frustrating.

An amazing clinic with a really helpful and welcoming reception team. Dr Khan supported me through my ADHD diagnosis and was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate throughout the process. I felt listened to and supported, which made a big difference during what can be a very important and emotional journey. I’m really grateful for the care and professionalism I received and have even recommended this clinic to a close family member. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for support.

Excellent care and quick peace of mind! I would like to say a huge thank you to and highly recommend the services of Well Life Clinic. Booking an online appointment was incredibly easy with plenty of options, and I was so grateful to be seen by a professional within just a few hours. I went from feeling completely under the weather yesterday to feeling so much better and well on the mend today. Friendly, helpful, understanding, and accurate diagnosis are just a few words that spring to mind when describing my experience. A special thank you to Dr. Sammy Bennet for ensuring the rest of my stay in the UK is a healthy and pleasant one!
