I had very good treatment at this clinic recently. I was in a lot of pain with my leg and I was lucky enough to get excellent treatment from the therapists . I had 3 or 4 treatments with therapists Becky and Kelly and cannot thank them enough. It is a very welcoming clinic and I do not hesitate to recommend it . Many thanks Margaret Fudge

I love coming to the sanctuary of Eden. I attend Sue’s reformer pilates class. 10* from me ! I’ve loved my beginners journey on the Reformer, it’s such a brilliant exercise experience - toning, stretching, aligning and strengthening all at once. Sue is a fantastic teacher, super warm and caring, the classes are adaptable to how you feel that day - understanding that stressful exercise isn’t necessarily the way forward for a mid life female body !! Sue will tailor the class to your ability and progress has been fast tbh .. some days have been more zen/yoga vibes, where you barely notice how much work you’re doing !! I’m much fitter and more toned than 2 months ago.

I had my first ever reformer Pilates class and I absolutely loved it! I was a little nervous going in, but Sue was such a lovely instructor. She reassured me throughout, made me feel completely comfortable, and explained everything so clearly. The space itself is beautiful — so calming, serene, and welcoming. It really added to the whole experience. I can’t wait to come back & would highly recommend anyone thinking of giving it a try!
