I can honestly say that I have been so impressed with the communication given by Claire in the office, no matter how many questions I had she was there either via email or phone call, my consultant was booked with Steph who was open and honest talk about what I want what I want from the product what the product can do for me, i found it reasuring that i have access to the team on a regular basis, Steph explained she will give me the good the bad and ugly and she didn't disappoint, being with weight management for 5 years & no further forward i got details for Well from my GP practice. I also like the fact this is run by GPS i feel extremely confident that my journey will be what I expect and more...

Steph who I have my consultations with is outstanding, she is very knowledgeable about weight loss meds and so friendly, she put me at ease from the get go, we have a laugh and a good chat, she is extremely supportive and a great advisor. I was apprehensive about starting Mounjaro at first but with Vertis on hand if I have any questions or need advice I feel very supported

Read on Google ↗I 100% recommend well by Vertis. The team have been incredible. The team that deals with accounts and subscriptions (katie) have guided me each step and been so helpful and friendly. The clinical nurse I speak with (Stephanie) is wonderful. She gave a realistic overview of all areas of starting the weightloss medication, she was incredibly patient and informative and no question was too silly. I feel supported, really appreciate that I can email anytime and the monthly check-ins are a great help. It's also great there is no hard sell, you can move doses at your own speed.
