I'm very happy with Wandsworth Medical Centre. The staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive, and they handle everything efficiently and promptly. Compared with other GP practices I've been registered with in the past, my experience here has been significantly better. I really appreciate the team's care and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Read on Google ↗I have been living in the UK for four years and during this time I have registered with several different GP practices. Unfortunately, I often felt that doctors did not even have five minutes to truly listen to my concerns. Wandsworth Medical Centre has been completely different. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with kindness, smiles and genuine care. The doctor was incredibly kind and took the time to listen to me, making me feel safe, understood and supported. What other practices had not managed to do for me over the past four years, this medical centre did within just 24 hours. I cannot express how grateful I am. Thank you so much to the doctor and the whole team for your kindness, compassion and excellent care. ❤️
Read on Google ↗i have been very impressed with the "service" I receive from the Wandsworth Medical Centre. I am a pensioner and they take the initiative to ensure I get all the necessary tests and vaccinations. They are always punctual with the appointments. If all NHS sercives are like this I can see nothing to complain about at all. A very satisfiued "client".
Read on Google ↗I was a patient at Wandsworth for 10 years before moving away. I always experienced a fantastic service - I’d get call backs promptly when listing symptoms online and the doctors, nurses, physician associates, and receptionists I dealt with were always pleasant, reassuring, and understanding. My concerns were always taken seriously and I actually delayed finding a new practice in my area because I didn’t want to leave. Thank you to all the staff.
Read on Google ↗I first visited the centre for a routine service earlier this year and had a really positive experience. The doctor I saw was lovely and patient but also super efficient. Unfortunately I then went again to address a health concern that affects my everyday life. I explained my symptoms clearly and in depth. I did not feel as though I was listened to as I was diagnosed with a condition that did not align with my symptoms at all and prescribed a medication that did not work. I contacted the clinic with my concerns and there was no apology but they did offer me the next available appointment to come in and be seen again which was good. Unfortunately I went in for my 7:20pm appointment, and proceeded to sit in the waiting room until 7:53pm (7 minutes before they close). I had somewhere I needed to be by this point so I had to leave without being seen. I work in healthcare services and I completely understand that delays happen and sometimes people do just have to wait. However I think especially when someone has already had a poor experience, to leave them sitting in the waiting room for over half an hour right before the clinic was due to close without even letting them know there was such a delay is not really good enough. Due to these repeat experiences I unfortunately will not be returning to the clinic.
