Dr Amy has been absolutely amazing! This was my first experience with a private clinic in London, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better start. It’s still too soon to comment on the results, but my experience so far — from the consultation to the follow-up support — has been incredibly positive, reassuring and satisfying. I really appreciate how thorough, approachable and professional Dr Amy has been throughout. I feel genuinely listened to and well looked after, which makes such a difference. I would highly recommend Dr Amy to anyone considering a private consultation.

I would have given more stars if it were possible! This is how grateful I am to Dr Amy for all her advice. I felt heard and cared for in ways that went far beyond what I believed was the scope of the consultation. The long-term care horizon, the advice about monitoring adjacent health issues and respect for my body autonomy - it was so thorough. I walked away feeling lighter, with a treatment plan in hand and convinced that all those issues that have caused me anxiety are common and not hopeless. Highly recommended!

I’m so grateful to Dr Vowler for all the advice and the treatment plan. The consultation was very thorough and comprehensive. Dr Vowler was compassionate and put me at ease and addressed all my questions and concerns. I’m very appreciative of all her help and reassurance, especially given my recent health issues. I’m looking forward to seeing positive progress in the coming months. I would highly recommend.

I saw Amy for a FUE transplant on the 4th and 5th June 2024. Amy explained the procedure and answered any questions I had, greatly putting me at ease. The procedure took place over two days, which allowed time for the team to design the hairline and maximise what could be extracted from the donor area. At the end of the two days, my aftercare and medication was all clearly explained, with Amy on hand to answer any questions I had. Within a week I was returning to normal life, with very little pain or discomfort. The procedure has improved my overall confidence. The pre and post care has been exceptional. I would highly recommend Amy if you are considering a FUE transplant or hair treatment.

I saw Amy for an FUE transplant on 10th and 11th of May and had a wonderful experience. Our pre procedure conversations were very thorough and Amy explained the process and potential results clearly, really setting my mind at ease. It’s a procedure which is laced with anxiety as for me it was self esteem issues which lead me to it but Amy really made me feel comfortable and confident going into it. My operation to place over two days which I liked as it allowed Amy and the team to really pay attention to detail and for me to request any tweaks on day two. The day itself was really easy, the clinic is beautiful and only a stones through from Hyde Park Corner or Victoria. I arrived and we had a chat about how the day would go, took some photos and then got into it. After shaving my head, the team designed my new hair line and then we got to work. Phase one was extraction from the donor area at the back of my head. This was very tolerable although a long period lying on your front is a little uncomfortable. But the team were great and I had a break whenever I needed one. The most uncomfortable part is the local anaesthetic but once that was in the entire thing was painless. So much so, I think I feel asleep for periods of it! In the afternoon we began implanting the grafts. Again, the local anaesthetic was a bit pinchy but once that was in, I got to lie back, watch a film and doze off as Amy and the team did their thing. It was really easy and very relaxed. I went home on day one really happy and excited for day two. Day two was much the same as day one, although grafts were taken from the side of my head rather than the back so this was more comfortable. The implantation was done in the afternoon again and at the end of the day we were done. I was sent home with medication and aftercare instructions which were very easy to follow. My recovery was really easy and I returned to normal life almost immediately. I was lucky that I swerved too much swelling and didn’t really have any discomfort at all. I’ve had loads of compliments on how natural my hairline is which has been great and I’m so excited for my new hair to develop over the coming weeks and months. Thanks so much Amy, this procedure will have changed my life, giving me back my confidence and allowing me to feel happy with my appearance again!
