From the moment we saw Dr Joseph we felt we were in safe hands. My daughter was experiencing consistent pain in her lower abdomen over 2 days. After examination Dr Joseph helped us through the process of organising an urgent scan the very next morning despite it being very late in the day. He followed up with us at 8am the next day to ensure we knew who we were seeing, where, when and took us through step by step. His care was 1st class as it always is with the GPs at Courtfield Medical for the 21 years our family have been patients. Thank you so much we felt supported and informed during an anxious time. Clare Thompson has helped me so much, Dr Tim Ladbrooke is always my first port of call for anything related to children and Sophie Ladbrooke is loveliest new addition to the practice.
