EF Medispa Kensington

I had an amazing experience with Klaudia at EF Medi spa in Kensington. Klaudia was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and made sure I felt completely at ease throughout the entire ultrasound therapy session. The Clinic staff were lovely, and Klaudia’s top-tier care made all the difference.

Was recommended mesoestetic treatment for brown age spots which was expensive. I was allergic to it. I did the treatment in the run up to an important occasion and it ruined the pictures. I had skin cracking so bad I couldn’t open my Louth. Rather than consult with a a doctor when sent clear pictures of the allergic reaction I was told to continue and that the redness was normal. It made the original problem much worse. They finally suggested I see their doctor after several months, who confirmed the dermatitis and advised me not to continue, in contradiction to earlier advice. I was refunded only some of the money and had to spend even more to undo the problem

My experience has been extremely positive. Lidia is amazing—she is professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning, and it is always a pleasure to see her. Thank you for providing such excellent care.

I highly recommend EF Medispa to anyone considering the procedures Emsculpt NEO and Ultraformer III. The clinician Edyta was really helpful in explaining the options and recommending a treatment plan tailored to myself. Throughout the process, Edyta was always really friendly, supportive, and professional. She was always clear and informative in relation to the procedures and what to expect. A really positive experience with excellent results. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this clinic to others.
