What a wonderful experience from start to finish. I had my initial consultation with Kate and we talked about what results I wanted and discussed a few options. I then re booked in for my treatment. I wanted my brows lifting as I have baggy eyelids. Past experience with another clinic made them heavier. I am over the moon with the results. I had my first microneedling session with Kate, and the experience was fantastic. Kate is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional, yet approachable and reassuring, which made me feel completely comfortable throughout. She explained every step of the process and continuously checked in to ensure I was at ease. Since it was my first time, I became a bit concerned the day after seeing the results on my face. However, a quick email to Kate led to a phone call—despite it being her day off—where she kindly reassured me that everything was normal and encouraged me to follow her advice. I had a consultation today with Kate to decide the best path to take with regards to my concerns about wrinkles on my face. She was very thorough speaking to me about seceral different options - botox, profilo and microneedling. Weighing up the benefits of each treatment. There was no pushy sales pitch to sell me the most expensive treatments. Kate discussed what she thought was best for my skin and talked me through the whole procedure. No rush and no pressure. We decided on a plan over the next couple of months to allow for my skin to benefit from the procedures. She really was amazing and put me at ease. I'm so glad I decided to go with Face Medical.
