A really lovely hospital. I was made to feel very comfortable and well looked after. Staff were all incredibly attentive and caring and made such a difference to my stay. A big thank you to all of them.

I recently had a diagnostic procedure at the Royal Buckingham shire Hospital. Everyone I met was totally professional, polite and knowledgeable and all went out of their way to make me feel at ease and comfortable. It's also spotlessly clean and more like a 5 star hotel than any other hospital that I've visited. I thoroughly recommend the Royal Buckinghamshire.

I attended this hospital last month with a colleague from work. First it was the ambiance, its felt like a five star hotel, then customer service was exceptional, the original one and the one who covered for her while on break. All their staff spoke professionally, friendly and offered us coffee. This shows the hospital is very intentional in training all staff on quality customer service. Most importantly the timing for the appointment we attended was adhered to, the consultant then gave how they handle such issues and said they have themselves a 8 weeks in making such patients issue complete from first consultation to surgery if needed.

From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff, the calm and welcoming environment, and the high standard of care created an atmosphere of comfort and trust. Every team member went above and beyond to make us feel supported and informed, and their genuine compassion made a world of difference.
