If I could give zero stars I would. My order never arrived, and after 20 days I contacted the company to resolve it. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told it was “unreasonable” to expect a refund and that they assumed I had the item simply because they had dispatched it. The tone of the response was dismissive and placed blame on me rather than addressing the issue. Customers shouldn’t have to argue for a resolution when an item hasn’t been received. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of a straightforward situation.

I recently had a full-face microneedling treatment and I’m really pleased with the results. The whole experience was professional and reassuring from start to finish. The practitioner explained each step clearly, which helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the procedure. The treatment itself was much more tolerable than I expected, with only mild discomfort in certain areas. My skin was slightly red afterwards, similar to a mild sunburn, but this settled within a couple of days. After just a short time, I’ve already noticed improvements in my skin’s texture and overall glow. My complexion looks smoother, more even, and refreshed. I’m excited to see continued results over the next few weeks. Overall, I would definitely recommend microneedling to anyone looking to improve their skin quality. It’s a great treatment with noticeable benefits, and I’ll certainly be booking another session.

Kat was very reassuring and I was relieved there was no pain when she took my stitches out, from minor surgery I had recently had at the clinic.
