I am incredibly grateful to Daniel for his expertise and integrity. Throughout my enquiry he provided honest, clear and valuable guidance with no pressure to book private treatment. I highly recommend him as a kind and empathetic medical professional.
Read on Google ↗I had a consultation about piles as was seeking a non- surgical option. The consultant was lovely and recommended laser treatment. After seeing a colorectal consultant at the hospital, I decided to pursue the non-surgical option at Minster Clinic, believing it was just a question of fixing appointment. This proved difficult as the consultant at Minster was on holiday. In the meantime, I got a call from the hospital with a date for surgery - refused as had decided to go with Minster. Unfortunately, Sri at Minster, put in a refusal to treat me because I had no one to take care of me and he thought a hospital would be better as I would have post operative observation and possibly an over night stay. I respect his professional judgment. However, I’ve been taken off the hospital waiting list and treatment for a pretty intolerable condition will be further delayed, plus I’m £250 out of pocket. I can’t recommend the clinic, especially if you have stage four and live alone.
Read on Google ↗I have used Minster Clinic twice, on both occasions to remove a number of skin tags. The care i received was excellent, on my first visit I was extremely nervous but was treated with respect and care, and everything was explained in great detail. Daniel performed both procedures, he's very professional and I felt safe at all times. I followed his precise instructions afterwards and everything has healed perfectly, no scars or marks left at all. The Clinic is also extremely clean, very important to me. I have already recommended Daniel to a friend who was equally happy with her experience. Would definitely use again.
Read on Google ↗I attended Minster Clinic for EVLA & foam sclerotherapy, but during appointment, Dr Sri noticed something unexpected and advised me to seek urgent medical attention rather than proceeding with treatment. This resulted in the diagnosis of a DVT. They have continued to follow up & check on me since. Their professionalism, honesty, and genuine care have been exceptional. They put my health and safety above profit, and I am incredibly grateful. I would trust them completely and highly recommend them. Thank you so much to the whole team & I will be back again as soon as I can!
