I sought out an HRT specialist because, unfortunately, my GP wasn’t listening to me. Louise has been a breath of fresh air. She takes the time to understand my concerns in detail, explains my options clearly, and works collaboratively with my GP to support her recommended prescription. I have been a patient of Louise's for over a year now following my cancer diagnosis and subsequent 'crash menopause'. I needed specialist help and didn't know where to turn. She has been fantastic. Following the initial consultation, she made some recommendations to my GP to adjust my existing medication and provided a very detailed summary of our meeting together with really useful information. The whole process was very smooth and efficient. She is very personable, knowledgeable about her work and really cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her to any women.

Contacting Louise was very easy and a swift response. Booked a consultation with ease. Great communication prior to the consultation and after the consultation a thorough breakdown of discussion and next steps. Louise is very friendly, attentive and provides a great insight into the ins and outs of peri and menopause. She explains and discusses the importance of taking an holistic approach. Louise explained possible options and treatment routes. It was peace of mind to know that I can safely adjust treatments etc as and when I feel I need to and she is easily contactable if o have any questions or need further advise. Louise is extremely knowledgeable in the menopause field - far better than sitting in front of a GP for 5 minutes and them not taking it seriously. No stone was left unturned during the appointment and after Louise liaised with my GP to make sure I got the medication I needed. She's truly fabulous and would highly recommend - in fact I already have - lots of times.
