Dr Laura is a wonderful, menopause-informed doctor who genuinely listens to me and validates my concerns. Her care is always compassionate, person-centred and guided by best practice. She and the team are also incredibly knowledgeable about neurodiversity and understand how this can affect every aspect of a woman’s health and wellbeing. Without the support and guidance of this clinic, I would never have known how to pursue my neurodiversity diagnosis through Right to Choose. If I hadn’t found She Health, I honestly don’t know where I would be today. It is a truly wonderful, life-changing clinic, with an approach to women’s healthcare that all doctors could learn from. I cannot recommend Dr Laura and the She Health team highly enough.
Read on Google ↗I cannot recommend SHE Health highly enough. After feeling unheard and rushed through standard ten minute GP appointments, (no criticism of the NHS they are doing a tough job with limited resources). My consultation with Dr Hilton was a completely different experience. I had an hour to understand my whole picture, perimenopause, ADHD, and the way these intersect, something that is so often overlooked. For the first time I felt genuinely listened to and treated as a whole person rather than a list of separate symptoms. A comprehensive blood panel was completed to properly investigate my fatigue, and talked me through my HRT options with real expertise, including how different progesterones affect neurodivergent women specifically. The nutrition and lifestyle advice was practical and genuinely tailored to how my ADHD brain actually works rather than generic suggestions. I came away feeling hopeful, understood and with a clear plan.
Read on Google ↗I recommend She Health to every woman I meet!!! I always have the most thorough appointments with Dr Laura , she looks at all aspects of your health and wellbeing, from every angle. You never feel rushed and I always come away feeling like the appointment was a positive decision.
Read on Google ↗From my initial telephone consultation with Dr Hilton through to the appointment itself, I felt I had a thorough assessment and was genuinely listened to. I left yesterday feeling quite emotional — having my symptoms truly acknowledged and reassured that they were not “all in my head.” I’ve struggled with my hormones for years, and I’m hopeful this is now the start of some relief. Thank you.
Read on Google ↗I cannot rate She health highly enough. I had a full hysterectomy 3 years ago and I haven’t been able to get a handle on my hormones since. My normal GP only ever has 10 mins appointments, so to spend an hour with a qualified dr who actually listens and has a vast experience of woman’s health is fabulous. I was given a lot of advice generally and my medication has been changed to better in improve my health following a detailed set of blood tests to create a base line. I appreciate that there is a cost involved that not everyone can afford but I would prioritise this ahead of a holiday etc to improve my health for many years to come.
