A Complete disaster. Took a prescription to them. They have half of medications and asked me to pick rest next day. I went after 2 days to give them more time. 2 days after. They were still searching and lady at counter left the slip and person came to ask me after 45 mins and me standing over there for such a long time. Its not an emergency place where patients should be priortised and would accept an excuse for not doing it in right time. I work in NHS and this doesn’t happen in NHS as well.

The pharmacist was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and straightforward. Everything was explained clearly, and I was in and out in no time. A very efficient service, and I’d definitely recommend this pharmacy.
Read on Google ↗I moved to Heald Green Pharmacy due to issues I had experienced elsewhere, and I’m so glad I did. The staff are always extremely helpful, pleasant and supportive. Carole took my blood pressure and noticed it was extremely high. She advised me on what to do, and I am now on blood pressure tablets and feeling a lot better. This week, they also called to check how I was getting on with my new inhaler and asked if I needed anything else. I honestly cannot rate Heald Green Pharmacy highly enough.😇

Read on Google ↗Booked my covid booster at this pharmacy for 3pm Saturday. I was on site at correct time and was refused. They hadn't had any others that day so pharmacist hadn't opened a phial. Could I come back next day? She hadn't bothered to check if anyone else was booked in for Sunday, I could have turned up and been refused again. I declined. If they couldn't deliver the service, they should have phoned me and advised. I rushed to be sure I was there on time and travelled to the pharmacy specially. Very unprofessional.
