I have been really happy with the service and care I have received so far. I felt genuinely listened to and treated with empathy, without any judgement. I really appreciated the understanding that this isn’t simply an “age thing” that I have to accept, and that there are things I can do to address my health and feel better. I also love that the weight-loss treatment was started gradually. I followed all the advice I was given and, so far, I have managed to avoid any side effects. Yes, the progress is slow, but I actually see that as a positive. It gives my body time to adjust naturally, without starving myself or skipping meals. Everything is simply less, and it feels much more manageable and sustainable. I already feel lighter and I’m not as out of breath when walking, which is a great improvement. Hopefully, I can continue making progress and eventually reach my target. So far, I’m really pleased with how things are going.

I found Dr Harper after a long search for a London-based doctor willing to consider GLP-1 microdosing although I am below the BMI criteria. I was interested in trying the therapy given family and friends in the States had found it successful in treating a variety of conditions, including sleep apnea and high blood pressure. Candidly, I was also looking for another tool to help me lose some of the stubborn weight that seems to accumulate with each year of age and a desk job. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Harper. In six months, I feel better than I have in 20 years. She understands the complex demands that women face in their perimenopause phase, and the desire to simply feel "in control" of one's body. My weight loss has been slow but steady--with frequent check-ins with Dr Harper--and I have been able to reduce my blood pressure medication. I am thrilled with the changes. Thank you for helping me, Dr Harper.

I cannot recommend The Harper Clinic highly enough. Like many women, I found menopause-related weight gain incredibly frustrating and was looking for support from someone who genuinely understood what I was going through. From my very first appointment, Dr Arani was warm, approachable, and incredibly reassuring. She took the time to listen, explain the impact menopause can have on weight and wellbeing, and guide me through the available options, including GLP-1 medications, in a thoughtful and personalised way. What stands out most is how genuinely caring and positive she is. I never felt rushed or judged—only supported, understood, and empowered to make informed decisions about my health. Her expertise, encouragement, and compassionate approach have made a real difference to both my confidence and wellbeing. A special mention to the EA/clinic coordinator, who is always friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to Dr Arani and the whole team for providing such exceptional care. I am truly grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend The Harper Clinic.

I am delighted with the care and results I have received from Dr Harper clinic in helping me manage my post-menopause health. I’m in mid-50s. I started my treatment on 24 January 2026, and the personalised treatment plan has been spot on. I genuinely feel like a new woman—full of energy, feeling healthier, and back to my best. Since being on the right combination of HRT, testosterone, and GLP-1 therapy, I have even stopped taking several vitamins and supplements that I no longer felt I needed. I started Mounjaro GLP-1 at the end of February 2026 to help shift some stubborn weight that I had struggled to lose despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Using a low dose of GLP-1, I have reduced my weight from 61.5kg to a stable 54kg. While the medication has certainly helped, I believe the key to my success has been combining it with consistent weight training, a healthy diet, and regular Reformer Pilates. Together, these have delivered the results I wanted, but most importantly, they have reinforced healthy, sustainable habits. I highly recommend Dr Harper's clinic. Dr Harper, Dr Muttoni, and the experienced team provide exceptional care, and I have felt very well looked after throughout my journey. Their expertise, personalised approach, and ongoing support have made a significant difference to my health and wellbeing. Health is an investment, and choosing this clinic has been one of the best investments I have made in myself.

From the very beginning, Dr Harper listened carefully to all of my concerns and helped guide me towards the right HRT approach for both my symptoms and most importantly, my long-term health. I never felt rushed or dismissed, as I had elsewhere, and from our very first consultation I truly felt supported, heard and genuinely cared for. What I’ve particularly appreciated is the holistic/360 approach. Rather than focusing on one issue in isolation, we looked at the bigger picture of my health and wellbeing , which has made such a difference, I genuinely feel like I have the pep back in my step 😊 I so look forward to our review check-ins and updating her on all of the positive changes I’ve experienced since starting treatment. If you’ve been struggling, feeling unheard, or not getting the support you need, I honestly couldn’t recommend booking a consultation highly enough. I did mine online, and it has genuinely been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. Thank you, Dr Harper, for everything, and a special mention to Nadine, who is absolutely wonderful too.
