It was a pleasure meeting Dr Mahmoud & the lovely team for my consultation at Ghanem Clinic as I had several concerns Re my hair loss. Dr Mahmoud had a reassuring approach, addressed my concerns attentively & was v professional in taking full medical history then deciding the treatment plan accordingly. I must also say that the consultation letter written was very inclusive & had all the info I needed Re my medications. Special thanks to Debbie who is also very warm, welcoming and helpful. The Ghanem Clinic, its staff and Dr Ghanem are: Unreliable, dishonest, have total lack of care towards patients, and are completely disorganised. This clinic is super unprofessional. I went to get a specific procedure I had specially booked to get done after I went for a consultation with one of the doctors a week before. The receptionist made sure she booked enough time for it, I ended up waiting for a long time on the day. Then the doctor came and told me doesn’t have time to do the procedure now, and suggested I do a co2 laser session instead and then left. The nurse covered the treated area with numbing creaming and left me sat in a room for over an hour with different people coming in and out of the room dressed in normal clothes wasn’t clear if they were doctors staff or anything. Every time I asked, they said the doctor is coming in 5 mins, then they moved me to the actual treatment room where again I had to wait for a long time. Almost 2 hours sat there with numbing creaming on my face and pieces of cling film wrapping the treatment area and still no sign of the doctor. Clearly the doctor lied and said he can’t do the procedure because clearly he is prioritising other patients on the expense of my time that I have booked. Finally doctor came apologised and took accountability for what happened and did the the laser session that he proposed instead and offered it for free. I was moving countries the next day, so I couldn’t not come back to the clinic, so the doctor promised to connect me with a different surgeon in the country I am moving too. It’s been four weeks now, the referral letter was supposed to be sent the latest by the 30th May, we are almost the end of June and still nothing. Dr Ghanem is the doctor who saw me, he is absolutely unprofessional, and I do not trust him. There also has been no follow up after the laser, which took ages to recover from, and the area was quite inflamed for a long time I wonder if it’s because of the numbing cream that was left on my skin for almost 2 hours. Unreliable, dishonest, total lack of care towards patients, disorganised.

I had a combined Deep Plane Facelift and a Laser Treatment and was extremely satisfied with the result and the care, both at consultation and post surgery follow ups. Prof. Ali Ghanem is a visionary and I was extremely pleased with the natural result he achieved. Dr Mahmoud was also extremely helpful, answering any questions or concerns I may have had in real time. Their nurse, Jane, who cared for me right after surgery through the nights, was invaluable, supportive and very professional. Overall, the staff at the Ghanem Clinic, both medical and administrative, are incredible, making the whole experience very positive, you really feel that you are in good hands. Thank you all!

I had a face lift at Ali Ghanem Clinic, along with a few non-surgical treatments, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very first consultation, everything felt calm, organised and professional. The team took time to understand what I wanted — I was looking for a refreshed, lifted look but still completely natural, and they explained the process clearly and realistically. The whole experience was handled with so much care. The clinic environment is immaculate, discreet, and you immediately feel you’re in safe hands. What really stood out to me is how supportive the team are — they are warm and kind, but also very professional and reassuring, which makes such a difference when you’re going through surgery and recovery. The aftercare was exceptional. I never felt like I was left to figure things out on my own. The team checked in, gave clear guidance, and made me feel comfortable asking questions at any point. Their approach is not only attentive, but genuinely caring — you feel like they actually want you to have the best recovery and outcome, not just the procedure. As for the results — they are fantastic. My face looks lifted, fresher and more defined, but most importantly it looks natural. I still look like me, just a better, more rested version. People have commented that I look well and refreshed, but no one can pinpoint why — which is exactly what I wanted. The non-surgical treatments have also been done with a very tasteful, subtle approach that complements the surgical results beautifully. I’m extremely grateful to Ali Ghanem Clinic and the whole team. If you’re considering a face lift or any aesthetic treatments and want natural results, high standards, and truly supportive aftercare, I would absolutely recommend them.
