In May 2026, I underwent a two-week FMT treatment at Taymount Clinic after dealing with long-standing digestive issues, including fructose malabsorption, SIBO and suspected SIFO. From the outset, my practitioner, Annie, made it clear that there was no guarantee of an easy or immediate recovery. From the beginning, I felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The clinic is professional yet also has a warm and personal atmosphere. This made a big difference with a treatment that can understandably make you feel quite vulnerable. Annie was amazing throughout the process. She has an excellent understanding of nutrition and food intolerances, and she gave me some great ideas for adding more variety to my diet. After years of digestive problems, I had become very focused on the foods I needed to avoid. Annie encouraged me to think about what I could add to my diet, which helped me develop a more positive relationship with food. During the treatment, I experienced changes in bowel movements, as well as nausea, tiredness, and increased histamine sensitivity. However, in the weeks afterwards, many of my usual digestive symptoms either improved significantly or disappeared temporarily. Some of my symptoms gradually returned after about two months. I should also mention that I hadn't followed Annie's advice to keep my gut motility up (I simply forgot), which may have played a role. Annie then recommended two additional top-ups at home. Within about a week of doing these, I noticed improvements again. Three months after my initial treatment, my SIBO symptoms have disappeared, my sleep and mental health have stabilised, and my increased histamine sensitivity remains. My experience hasn't been as simple as "FMT worked" or "FMT didn't work". There have been ups and downs, and I don't consider myself completely symptom-free, but the improvements have been significant. Overall, I'm very grateful that I decided to try the treatment, and especially grateful for the care and support I received from Annie and the whole team. Thank you very much!
Read on Google ↗Having had C. Diff 5 times in less than 4 months, plus 2 previous incidences, being repeatedly treated with antibiotics by the NHS both as an outpatient and an inpatient, I sought advice from the Taymount Clinic and then quickly followed up with scheduling the 5 day FMT treatment. It's now just over 3 months after the final treatment and I can genuinely say, the treatment has been been nothing short of life changing. To date, there has been no recurrence of the C. Diff plus the IBS symptoms I have been experiencing for over 40 years have all but been eradicated - this is amazing. In addition, the entire team Dr Onur, Stephanie and Isha were brilliant, professional but friendly, knowledgeble, assuring but efficient and very responsive. In addition, the clinic itself is a lovely, extremely well maintained and relaxing environment. I cannot recommend the team and the clinic highly enough.
Read on Google ↗I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire Taymount team for their outstanding care and support throughout my FMT treatment. A special thank you to Dr. Onur, Isha, and Gurbet for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication, which made the entire process much easier and more reassuring. Their expertise and genuine care were exceptional. In my opinion, Taymount is one of the very best clinics in this field, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering FMT treatment.
Read on Google ↗After suffering for three weeks with severe sciatic pain Gurbet suggested that I attend the clinic to have treatment. The treatment involved heat and mechanical massage over five one hour sessions. I was sceptical at first but found relief after only one session and completely free from sciatic pain at the end of the fourth session. I was able to stop taking my powerful pain killers ( my doctors solution to the problem) by the end of session two. My treatment was carried out by Isha, Annie and Onur they were both professional and charming. I would highly recommend this clinic Thank you all staff at Taymount
Read on Google ↗After a course of antibiotics last year I gradually become more and more fatigued with worsening anxiety that eventually resulted in a constant state of panic that became quite debilitating early this year. I had been to the taymount before to help me deal with chronic fatigue and post Covid symptoms. This time I had four appointments and felt the anxiety lessen within a matter of days after the first two. My symptoms have continued to gradually improve and I feel I am almost back to my old self now a month after these treatments started. It really is incredible and I feel so lucky to have access to this amazing therapy.
