I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Star Clinic with Mr Marando. From my very first consultation through to the procedure itself and all of my aftercare, he has been exceptional. He has been professional, reassuring, and genuinely caring and supportive every step of the way. The entire experience has been so smooth and calm, and every member of the team has been incredibly welcoming, caring, and professional. I always felt informed, comfortable, and in safe hands. I’m so pleased with my results and would highly recommend Mr Marando and the team at Star Clinic to anyone. Thank you all for making what could have been a daunting experience such a positive one.

I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience with Dr Marando I genuinely wanted to. From the initial consultation through to surgery and recovery, Dr Marando was exceptional. He takes the time to explain every aspect of the procedure thoroughly, answers every question patiently, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. His calm and caring bedside manner gave me a huge amount of confidence throughout the whole process. Most importantly, I am extremely happy with the results. The outcome looks natural, the scars are incredibly difficult to see, and I was genuinely surprised by how little pain and discomfort I experienced during the early stages of recovery. The aftercare and support were also excellent. You can tell Dr Marando is meticulous in both his surgical work and the way he looks after his patients. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering facial surgery.

I have known Dr.Robin Stones for 20+ years. My facial skin would not be in the condition it is now if it were not for Dr. Stones. He is highly qualified and knowledgable in all aspects of dermatology and his kindly manner gives me enormous confidence. Nothing is too much trouble for him and I feel he really listens to my concerns and his advice is always excellent. Please don’t move again Robin. You are the only man I would let remove my make-up😁

From my first appointment with Mr. Marando I was treated in a caring way. He and his staff put me at ease straight away, which is so important for everyone when deciding such an important procedure. I could not be happier with my results, they are better than I ever imagined, he has made me look a better version of myself. Some friends have looked at me wondering what is a bit different. Others have not noticed at all. It is so subtle a difference which is exactly what I wanted. Another friend just said "you look good have you been away." Everyone involved at the Clinic were so kind, attentive and thorough at all times such a brilliant team. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
