They never pick up the phone!! When you urgently need your prescription meds … I have spent two days calling and no one is picking up . It’s terrible!!

Since transferring to new portal I have been unable to access my prescriptions and it is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls. Very poor service

Charlotte took my order professionally & I asked her to YET again look at my account as I can’t access online .. this is requested each call !!! And I am always told issue will be referred to IT .. she is the manager and has more permissions & she sorted my double account issue !! Very happy after 3 long years of asking ..

I became a customer of Specialist Pharmacy this year and have now had a couple of prescriptions dispensed through them. While getting familiar with their portal system, I’ve reached out to their team a few times for support. Most recently, I spoke with Rabbi, who was incredibly helpful in expediting my prescription. Each time I’ve called, the customer support has been exceptional. I’m very grateful for the consistent assistance and professionalism from this pharmacy. Highly recommend!
