This was my second appointment with Dr Carys Sonnenberg and, as before, she was absolutely lovely. She’s so easy to talk to and really took the time to listen patiently to everything I’d been struggling with. I never felt rushed and really felt that she took on board what I was saying and worked with me to come up with a plan that felt right for me. I came away feeling much more positive and reassured. I’m really pleased to be continuing my care with her and look forward to catching up again at my three-month review. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Read on Google ↗I had a really positive experience with Dr Sonnenberg and would highly recommend her, especially for anyone navigating menopause or considering HRT. I had a 45-minute appointment, and throughout the entire consultation she was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely listened to me. I have quite complex circumstances, but she took the time to fully understand my situation without rushing or making assumptions. She explained my current options and potential future HRT pathways clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which made a big difference. I left the appointment feeling much more informed and confident about my next steps. Most importantly, I felt heard, supported, and reassured — which is so valuable when dealing with something as personal as this. A truly compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.
