Today I went to collect my husband's medication. I gave the staff his details, and they told me it would take about 20 minutes. We waited for more than one and a half hours. After all that time, a staff member told us that the prescription had only just arrived and that we would have to wait even longer. During the time we were waiting, I noticed that other patients were served and received their medication, while I was the only person left waiting. This made me feel that I was being treated differently, possibly because I am from overseas. I found the experience upsetting and unfair. In the end, I left without collecting the medication because I could not wait any longer. I hope the pharmacy improves its communication and ensures that every customer is treated equally and with respect.
