Had bariatric surgery on 14th aug with phoenix at the Alexander, staff at phoenix have been amazing from day one, I cannot fault them at all. There have been a few issues with one of the hospitals closing its doors but Phoenix did amazing to sort it all out and get me a new date they kept me informed at all times and I cannot fault them at all. They had a hard few weeks dealing with it and they smashed it. Staff at The Alexander are all brilliant and put me at ease throughout my surgeon Mr Javid is brilliant and worked his magic I’ve had a great recovery so far and cannot fault the process in any way I would highly recommend Phoenix Health and The Alexander all day long

Read on Google ↗Been struggling to loose weight for many years with other health issues .Been given a new lease of life approaching my 60th birthday in December thanks to phoenix health and the team here at Alexandra Hospital in Manchester. I've had bariatric bypass surgery to help me loose lots of weight so I can care for my wife , play with my grandchildren , enjoy walks again etc ... The surgeon Dr.Javed has been superb from start to finish as have all the staff and nurses at the hospital . I'd like to just say a massive thankyou for all your help this will make a massive difference to all our lives

I have needle phobia and was dreading the canula l, but it went in like butter.. every single person was professional and very good at what they do. Always a friendly face to! Read on Google ↗I have been with Phoenix Health since 2022. Had 3 Operations with the last one being 12th May 2026. They r extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous at all times. Whether you are speaking to the Surgeon or Dieticians or Receptionists they r all lovely. Yes I have my favourite people to speak to but you build up a good repour with them. If they can't answer a question they will find it out for you and they do actually ring you back. I have had serious complications but they have sorted me out. They don't ignore you they look at the problem and solve it. Highly recommend Phoenix Group you won't be disappointed
