I had a B complex and vitamin C drip at the end of August! Since then, I have been able to sleep much better, and perimenopause symptoms of irritability, tiredness and all-over-the-place emotions have reduced to a minimum! My husband has definitely seen a massive difference! So grateful to One Point Healthcare for all they do! What amazing service and customer care I received! Thank you.

Really happy with my experience at this clinic. I went in for a check-up and blood tests, and everything was very smooth from start to finish. The doctor was great — very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. My blood test results came back the next day, which I thought was really quick. The doctor also got in touch with me personally to explain the results and advise me on what I should do next. I really appreciated the time and care they took to make sure I understood everything. The price of the check-up was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the doctor’s knowledge. The receptionist and the rest of the team were all really friendly and welcoming too, which made the whole experience even better. I honestly had such a good experience at One Point Healthcare. I’ve had anaemia and iron problems since I was 6, and for around the last 5 years I’ve struggled with constant tiredness and other symptoms. After feeling quite dismissed by my GP, it made such a difference to come somewhere where I actually felt listened to and cared for. Asma was absolutely lovely. She was so smiley and easy to talk to, but what stood out most was how genuinely caring she was. She kept checking on me every few minutes, asking how I was feeling and if I was okay, and was so gentle and reassuring throughout my infusion. It honestly felt like someone was properly looking after me while I was unwell, rather than just doing the treatment and sending me on my way. I also really appreciated Florica, who helped arrange my appointment. I requested a female nurse for religious reasons and she was incredibly respectful, patient and understanding about this. She made me feel completely comfortable and never made me feel judged or awkward about my needs. She was also genuinely interested in how I was doing rather than just arranging the appointment and moving on. The communication has been excellent too — quick responses, clear information and follow-ups after the infusion. The clinic itself was also extremely clean and welcoming. Most importantly, I feel a noticeable difference in my energy since having the infusion. I’m really glad I chose One Point Healthcare and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering treatment.

I have known this clinic since early 2024 and I am very pleased with the level of care my family has received. The doctor was incredibly supportive and provided the treatment that successfully improved my baby’s eczema, for which I am truly thankful. The reception Lady is always friendly, sweet, respectful and willing to help, and I appreciate that the clinic makes it easy to get an appointment on the same day when needed.
