Dr. Minter is professional and empathetic, but in my experience there was insufficient attention to the side effects of my HRT, despite very costly sessions. I really suffered for months even after I stopped it and still have residual issues. HRT isn’t for everyone and is certainly not one-size-fits-all. In my case, I simply should have been told that it wasn’t the right course of action for me. It caused me the worst migraines I ever had, food intolerances got way worse, I was bloated and exhausted all the time. These symptoms were reported but the response was always to either increase or decrease the dose and wait for the side effects to go away. Had I waited, my gastrointestinal problems would have become near to irreversible and my migraines…I don’t even know what could have happened there. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I don’t want other women to go through this process without knowing my story.

I needed some blood tests and additional Covid inquiries for travelling, something that my busy GP could not offer timely. The Dr I spoke to was very helpful and caring, and organised the blood test at a facility where I could go when it suited my diary. In this case, next day. I was contacted the same day of testing by the Dr to discuss the results.Amazing service. Thanks.
