From my first consultation at JR Medical to the procedure I was treated with such care, kindness and understanding. Siobhan on reception, the consultation with Dr Jafar Rafiei, my procedure with Dr Lucy Glancey, the aftercare by the amazing nurse and the lovely Dr Shahrzad Rafiei removing my stitches, plus little Olly providing the happiness, they all created such a lovely experience and put me at ease. Dr Lucy Glancey was incredible, I’m so pleased I researched and chose her for the procedure as she is by far the best in her field. She fully explained what to expect, what I needed to do to before and how to help myself with the recovery. I followed all of her advice and everything has been 100% perfect. My eyelids are now healing nicely and look so good. I generally avoided looking in a mirror or having photos taken as I did not like the look of my eyelids, they were very saggy, tired looking and the skin hung over my eyelashes which resulted in them being very sparse but now I just cannot stop looking at my eyes. As soon as I got home I could instantly see the results and just knew I’d made the right decision. The following two days there was swelling and bruising but this quickly subsided and by day 7 when the stitches were taken out my eyelids looked fantastic. It’s now been 4 weeks and they are absolutely fine. No issues, no pain, just brighter eyes, much better vision, my eyelashes are growing nicely and it’s just made me so much happier too. I would highly recommend Dr Lucy Glancey to anyone considering an Upper Blepharoplasty.

I was extremely pleased with the practice. The property is lovely and bright and very clean. Receptionists were very friendly and polite. My treatment (Scleotherapy) was carried out professionally and with care. Definitely would recommend.
