Easy to find, plenty of parking. Very friendly staff, straight in after only waiting 1 minute. Again welcomed by friendly understanding doctor. Made us feel at ease, talked us through what was going to happen, which ws very important for my little girl as she was very nervous. Asked us questions about symptoms, got straight on with the procedure which was very quick but gentle. Actually saw what was removed from the ears so we knew that it needed doing and that it was beneficial, little one said that she felt so much better after having it done. Then was given tips on how to maintain for the future which doesnt include constant appointments and cost. Very happy will definitely go back if needed.
