I recently came in to have a tear in my shoulder looked at. Everyone was incredibly helpful and the service was very efficient. I was able to receive treatment and also prescription within an hour of ringing the practise. I would recommend to anyone

Last week, I suffered rapidly increasing pain in my lower back (not for the first time) but on this occasion, it was accompanied by increasing muscle weakness. The NHS were unable to help so I sought that help from our local MediCentre. I have to say that the home visit by Dr Marr was both deeply reassuring and of immense practical help. She recognised my immediate and long term needs and set about making arrangements to deal with both. Just this single visit assured me that Dr Marr was expert in her field -- and delightful too. This is how the NHS used to serve patients in the early days when I was proud to work for this world-leading institution. Sadly, the NHS is now broken. No system can be expected to function well when demand is unlimited but not the resources needed to meet that demand. How very sad! But how lucky that there was a highly professional alternative available to me.

Excellent service from very nice people. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, attentive, and clearly knew what they were doing. I needed some minor finger surgery, and rather than being told to come back another day, I was seen and treated that very same afternoon — a level of responsiveness you don't often find these days. The whole procedure was handled with real skill and care, and everyone involved took the time to explain what was happening and put me at ease. It's rare to walk away from a medical appointment feeling both well looked after and genuinely impressed, but that's exactly how I felt. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and professional care.

Tried for a week to get drs appointment, no joy. Then I remembered Medicare , checked and booked same day appointment. From first entering the door I felt at ease. The place was spotless and calm. The receptionist was welcoming and Emily Trembath was thorough and listened. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Outstanding! Just had my second experience with MediCentre and I was as impressed as on my first visit. In both cases I was easily able to make an appointment on-line and was seen within the hour. Reception staff were helpful and friendly and Dr Kiran Marr was welcoming and listened carefully to my problem. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and made me feel she had all the time necessary to resolve it. Highly recommended.
