Ordered my dose, it took them 5 days and lots of back and forth to approve it. They finally approved it and 12 hours later at 11pm at night they cancelled and refunded my order less than 24 hours before my next dose. They said I had used the welcome discount twice (I didn’t even know I’d used them before as I have a new email address). Their profit has come above my patient safety in this instance… I am now left without medication and will have to wait to take my next dose.
Read on Google ↗I ordered weight loss medication on 17 June, was approved and paid £191 immediately. What followed was two weeks of silence, broken promises and complete incompetence. Their first reply blamed a spelling error in my email address and asked for additional information, which I provided promptly. On 19 June they confirmed receipt and promised dispatch notification. Nothing came. I emailed twice on 22 June — no reply. I sent a formal notice threatening a chargeback — no reply. It took them until 1 July, two weeks after taking my money, to contact me with an apology claiming my emails had “got stuck somewhere.” By this point I had missed my scheduled injection date, been forced to source medication elsewhere at greater expense, and spent two weeks in significant stress chasing a company that had taken £191 and disappeared. The refund was eventually issued but only after I had formally threatened bank intervention. I had read negative reviews before ordering and ignored them. Do not make the same mistake. This company takes your money, goes silent, and only acts when legally cornered. Avoid completely.
Read on Google ↗Ordered prescription medication worth £200 and Royal Mail marked it as delivered, but I never received it. The delivery photo was not my property, the signature was not mine, and I was at home when the parcel was supposedly delivered. Despite explaining this multiple times, I have been left chasing for answers while Lotus keeps referring to an ongoing investigation. What has been most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Royal Mail directs me back to the seller, yet Lotus refuses to refund me until Royal Mail finishes investigating. In the meantime, I have been left £200 out of pocket and had to spend another £250 elsewhere to replace my medication. As a customer, I should not have to fight this hard when I have clearly not received my order. Very disappointed with how this has been handled and the lack of urgency shown towards a missing medication delivery.
Read on Google ↗After seeing some very mixed reviews I was slightly concerned but I can’t fault them. Ordered Friday morning and delivered Saturday. Really well packaged and medication was kept cool (which has been an issue with other providers). I will definitely use them again
Read on Google ↗The courier they chose did not deliver the medication in time. The medication is temperature sensitive and as a result it was beyond the required temperature. Arrived warm in room temperature instead of 2-8 ° as required by the manufacturer to preserve it. Despite having all the evidence from tracking the customer service representative insisted the medication is still fine to use... I decided to trust a leaflet and manufacturers information instead of that person and as a result I lost £200. The customer service denied any compensation requests. I changed a provider immediately.

What we didn't check
Prices (held back until our legal review), waiting times, the consultation you receive, and the individual prescriber (unless a doctor's GMC number is shown above).
