Really lovely experience at LPA. Tina at reception was so friendly and helpful, and when I wasn’t sure whether I should do one or two Profhilo treatments, she arranged a call with Libby, the nurse, so I could talk it through properly. I’ve had Profhilo before, but Libby was still very thorough in explaining the expected results, what to expect after the treatment, and answering all my questions. There was absolutely no hard sell, which I really appreciated. The treatment itself was very gentle, and she also gave me clear advice afterwards on skincare, makeup and aftercare. Everyone made the whole experience feel very easy and reassuring.
