I was recommended Dr Andrew Kilshaw for an upper blepharoplasty, and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I arrived for my consultation through to the procedure itself, I felt completely at ease and reassured and well cared for by all the staff. Dr Kilshaw was professional, approachable and warm throughout, taking the time to explain everything clearly and put me at ease. The results have been incredible. I can hardly believe the difference, especially as I am only one week post-procedure. The outcome has exceeded my expectations and I am absolutely delighted!!! First and foremost, thank you so much Kliniken to all team members from the reception team, surgeon Mr Kolar, Dave & Davide. Truly amazing. After thorough research into upper blepharoplasty I chose Mr Kolar @ Kliniken in Harrogate to be my surgeon should I choose to go ahead. My experience was truly exemplary from the initial consultations, surgery and post op. Mr Kolar made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. He discussed everything in great detail ensuring that i didn't fell pressured, understood the procedure and answered all questions thoroughly. On my second consultation I was asked to fetch my partner, ensuring that he understood the procedure and to ensure i had the support and care I needed at home. The procedure itself was relatively painless, a little discomfort and took just over 1 hour. I was constantly included and informed throughout the entire process. Aftercare was was explained in great depth, ensuring that if I should have the slightest concern that I should not hesitate in making contact. May I add I was asked to make sure I had every contact number, again the exemplary care and attention throughout. I had my stitches removed 7 days later and the difference already is amazing. I cannot wait until my next appointment approx 4 weeks when the results will show significantly without been false. A truly amazing skilled surgeon, highly recommended. I recently underwent blepharoplasty with Mr. Kolar at Kliniken who came highly recommended to me by another Plastic surgeon and am absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and incredibly reassuring. The procedure itself was surprisingly quick taking just over an hour and was entirely painless. Throughout the entire process, the level of care from the whole team at Kliniken was outstanding. Mr. Kolar is exceptionally skilled and professional, and it is clear that he has surrounded himself with a fantastic team; Dave, his first assistant and Davide ODP and keeping things ticking along like clockwork Andrea reception, they were all wonderful, kind, and attentive. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the thoroughness of the preparation and aftercare. The team provided detailed, clear instructions on how to manage the healing process, ensuring I felt fully supported at every stage. I particularly appreciated that Mr. Kolar went the extra mile during my second consultation by asking me to bring my husband along. This helped him understand exactly how to support me during my recovery, which I believe made a significant difference. Thanks to their expert guidance and Mr. Kolar’s precision, my recovery was smooth, and I was able to have my sutures removed just seven days post-op.
