Every treatment I’ve had has been a positive experience! All the staff are lovely, welcoming, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They make you feel comfortable and take the time to understand exactly what you would like to achieve. I cannot recommend Jacqui Mac Medispa enough. A special mention to Jackie, who has created such a calm and inviting environment.
Read on Google ↗Just completed my round of laser hair removal sessions and I would highly recommend the treatment (and Nicola!) to anyone! Great results, and Nicola made me feel comfortable in each session and was able to tailor the laser strength based on my hair type! The treatment is completely pain free (but you do have the option to try a stronger alternative if you're brave enough!) Will definitely be back for my top up sessions!

Knowledgeable, thoughtful, and advising what would work best rather than just delivering what's requested. A light touch. I'm here for a while, so a few more visits for sure!
