Vikki came highly recommended, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others. In addition to providing a stress-free Mirena coil replacement, she took the time to understand my overall health and wellbeing, including my menopause symptoms. She was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring, taking a holistic approach by discussing my lifestyle and diet alongside the HRT options available. I left feeling listened to, well informed and confident in the care I received.

I saw Vicki to try and get some answers about my hrt patches and advice on progesterone. She was friendly and very knowledgeable she made me feel at ease. Within 1 hour of leaving my appointment a message came through for my progesterone prescription and the pills arrived within 3 days. I now have it on my NHS app as a repeat. I feel better in myself already. I would highly recommend Vicki and her services. Thank you.

I went to my GP with ongoing symptoms that suggest potential perimenopause or hormone imbalance. After a few months of back & forth, I eventually got a referral for a menopause clinic through the NHS but was warned it could take up to a year to be seen. Waiting that long wasn’t an option for me, so good old ChatGPT led me to book in with Vikki at the Calm Clinic. She was very easy to talk to, I felt no judgement whatsoever & was over the moon to be able to discuss treatment options & actually be offered help. She was very thorough when walking me through my options & made sure I had a full understanding. I only started my treatment a couple of weeks ago so it’s too early to speak of any benefits yet but I’m hopeful & know that Vikki is on hand should we need to tweak anything or if I need support. Would highly recommend her to anyone who feels they’re not getting anywhere with their GP!

Vikki is an excellent menopause specialist. She is incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to really listen, and made me feel understood and supported throughout. Most importantly, she helped me see that I had options and empowered me to make informed decisions about my health. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for expert and compassionate menopause care.

I can say that thanks to Vikki, I feel like my old self again. I was not getting seen by the doctors regarding my HRT and I was at a very low point and felt unable to leave the house. So took the plunge and contacted Vikki. I felt safe and properly listened to. She changed my current HRT doses and the route of administration, with alternative plans if necessary. And not once mentioned "go for a walk" , "look at your diet" as I knew it wasn't that simple. A breathe of fresh air, and now I feel ready to get back to my weight training and long walks with the dog. Thankyou so much Vikki. See you in 3 months. Xxx
