I recently had laser treatment for my eye bags at Sozo Clinic and I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the results. My eye bags have really been getting me down a lot but I wasn’t sure how to treat them. Maria was incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and took the time to explain which treatments would be best for me rather than making me feel rushed or pressured. She also gave advice on affordable products to buy to improve my skin. Lauran carried out my treatment and she was absolutely lovely. I was really frightened beforehand as I’m a bit of a wuss when it comes to procedures but she was so kind and reassuring throughout. She really put me at ease and made the whole experience better. I was given plenty of information about the treatment and excellent aftercare advice, including creams to use afterwards. I also felt really well supported through the WhatsApp group, which was so reassuring during the healing process. Most importantly, I’m really impressed with my results! The whole experience from start to finish has been fantastic. A huge thank you to Maria and Lauran!

This is the second time I have used Sozo Clinic, and my experience was literally perfect. All the staff were very friendly and great at putting me at ease. They were kind enough to put some handpan music on for me while they were taking out my cyst, and the procedure was completely painless. The whole building, inside and out, promotes a calming, welcoming atmosphere. This clinic is absolutely perfect; I genuinely can't think of a single way it could be improved. This is the first private clinic I've chosen to go with, even though it's technically my second time going private, and I literally could not recommend it more highly.

I had a sebaceous cyst removed at Sozo Clinic in Headingley this morning and had a really positive experience throughout. The clinic itself is beautiful, modern and absolutely spotless. It was very convenient to access in Headingley with parking available, which made the whole appointment feel easy and stress-free. From arrival, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly, and the whole process was efficient. I was in and out in around 40 minutes. The surgeon (Waseem Bhat) was excellent: professional, reassuring and clear, particularly when talking me through the aftercare. For a procedure that I would not have been able to access easily on the NHS, this felt like a really great option. Running my own business, convenience and efficiency matter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sozo Clinic to anyone looking for professional, accessible and high-quality care.
