He is an outstanding gynaecologist who combines exceptional expertise with genuine kindness and compassion. He took the time to explain everything in detail, including my scan results, test results, diagnosis, treatment options, the planned surgery, potential risks and recovery. He never made me feel rushed and encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed. He listened carefully to all of my concerns and made sure I fully understood every step of my treatment. I am due to undergo pelvic floor reconstructive surgery together with a hysterectomy, and although it is a major operation, Mr Bhal has given me complete confidence and reassurance. His calm manner, professionalism and caring approach have made a difficult situation much easier to face. It is rare to find a consultant who is not only highly skilled but also so approachable, patient and genuinely caring.
