Read on Google ↗I rang this morning as i had difficulty logging on to rapid health to make an appointment. I spoke to Sharon who was very helpful, patient and up beat. She managed to get me an appointment for next week, which is fine. Its a refreshing change to speak to someone who is helpful and sympathetic, although i know their job is difficult and not always rewarding for them. Keep up the good work Hockley Farm. 😁

I had a great experience with the physiotherapy—special thanks to Helen B, who was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping me make progress. My appointment was very successful overall. Thank you!! Exclusive information, they do also have a cafe and a pharmacy on site. (Very helpful) Side note Parking can be a little difficult at times

Think the doctors nurses and staff have always shown understanding and do listen to what the patient has to say yes at times it can be frustrating getting an appointment but I think that's the same for all health care centres. I have noticed that there is alot of missed appointments but that's not the fault of the health centre that's down to patient's not attending wich does have an effect on others .but overall i like the staff at Hockley Farm think they are given a hard time for things that are beyond their control
