I had a really positive experience at One Clinic. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming and professional. Dr Gunjan took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave honest advice without ever making me feel pressured. I really appreciated how thorough she was and how much care she took to achieve a natural result that suited my face. The aftercare has also been excellent, and I felt well looked after throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Gunjan and the team at One Clinic to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, skilled and trustworthy aesthetic practitioner.

My experience at the one clinic has been first class from start to finish. Each member of the reception team that I had dealt remained kind and helpful at all times, accommodating reschedules and handling queries with care. I had a tear trough filler done by Dr Bedi who was also a real pleasure to speak with. Dr Bedi shared some of her clearly extensive knowledge about the procedure, and was sure to explain why her method prioritises a balance of patient safety and great results. This put me at a lot of ease knowing I’d be in such safe hands, and alone was worth the visit to the one clinic. She continued her wonderful service by keeping in contact with me following the procedure, offering a check up and even sharing some tips on how to keep my skin looking great post procedure. I extend my sincerest gratitude to Dr Bedi and the rest of the team for the great work they do. I am extremely satisfied with my results and would highly recommend anybody to visit the one clinic if they want to ensure they’re in the best hands.

I visited the clinic last Tuesday for a mole removal, I felt very welcomed by the staff everyone was so polite. My surgery was done by Dr Sumit who was super friendly and helpful with answering any questions I had. One staff member stood out for me for going above and beyond to make sure I was okay during my surgery, her name was Sanj and she was phenomenal & very bubbly. She could tell I was nervous and did everything she could to distract me aswell as continuously checking on me which made me feel safe!! Overall it was a pleasant experience with amazing customer care and I would 100% recommend. I’ve just began my healing process and I look forward to returning :) huge thank you to Nurse Sanj

I visited the clinic for removal of a haemangioma on my forehead. Initially, surgery was discussed due to the size, but during the appointment the doctor decided that laser treatment was the better and less invasive option. The procedure itself was quick and straightforward, and I was reassured throughout. After the appointment, I realised there had been some confusion on my side regarding the pricing, as the invoice still reflected surgical treatment. I raised this with the clinic, and the difference was refunded promptly and without any issues. I really appreciated how professionally and fairly this was handled. Overall, a positive experience — good clinical judgement, clear results, and excellent customer service. I’d be happy to recommend the clinic.
