Absolutely brilliant service. After failing to secure an appointment with my own practice three days running, I was lucky enough to find Heera via a recommend. I accessed a same day appointment with Dr Cindy Kelly who assessed my issue with both deep expertise and excellent care. I’ve been dealing with a broken back without resolution for almost a year, and the time invested in chasing GP appointments that have failed to really nail the solution has been costly. What was different about my appointment with Dr Kelly was time and dialogue - she wasn’t rushed and didn’t nudge me into an immediate, ineffective treatment path. Instead, she took time to explore my intervention timeline and carefully advise on a suitable and effective tweak to my treatment. I would absolutely recommend this service and will be consulting Dr Kelly for the rest of my recovery. My key words would be: rapid access, time saving, informed, expertise, targeted treatment and outstanding care.

Just starting my journey with Heera Healthcare and had two consultations so far. Honestly, I finally feel seen. In my experience, being a middle aged woman in the midst of menopause, it’s difficult for the NHS to see past that, with any other issues you may have. This has not happened with Heera Healthcare, I have had experienced genuine care and expertise from Dr.Kelly. She has a really refreshing & unique approach to healthcare, with step by step clarity and guidance which I haven’t experienced before. This practice clearly puts their patients at the heart of what they do.

Excellent efficiency service which was very user friendly. Cindy was listened to my concerns, which were discussed fully. Blood tests were rapid and the results explained clearly. Medication arrived at work by courier. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’ll definitely be using Heera Healthcare again. Thank you

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Heera Healthcare. I have never accessed private GP services before, but I will certainly use Heera Healthcare again. I saw Dr Cindy Kelly - she was kind and listened to all my health concerns, I felt she took me seriously. She never made me feel that I was simply moaning and wasting valuable GP time. Her explanations were clear and concise - she never overwhelmed me with jargon. She allowed me to talk about the issues that I have been worried about for several months, which I haven’t been able to do until now. I will definitely use this service again and I can recommend highly.
