Always a very efficient service. Pharmacist evaluates my reasons for requesting an online service as I need a supply of medication vailable available to use very promptly when required. NHS GP service is very good but due to pressure on the service cannot respond so quickly. .

18 years I have used them And the meds I need I am starting to need more regularly and would have been a very good customer going forward Did an order 5th may and paid for next day delivery ....10 days later no news or comma at all Comtaced them....all I got was we'll refund the postage and look into.it for you No offer of maybe a discount or voucher to say sorry just a refund of the next day service they did not provide I asked for a full refund instead and after 18 years I will move to Well Pharmacy as they do a good job of my prescription meds so... Exceptionally poor response considerimg I am a loyal customer of 18 years for this online service .....I was actually shocked they did not see it but there you go...costumer lost and someone who has been advivate of Lloyds I like doctor for the partuula r meds I use it for lost too (loads of blokes I wr the years I have recommended it to)....all lost...even if someone had said "we are sorry we've let you down here -have 20% off next order or something".... I'm and advocate and loyal customer turned to the exact opposite ...avoid like the plague
