Concierge Medical offers an outstanding experience. Every person that we have spoken to has been so helpful, kind and efficient. I want to particularly highlight Dr. Al for the truly exceptional care he provides to our mother. His genuine commitment to her wellbeing is clear, and his rapid response times are incredibly reassuring. This level of personalised attention goes above and beyond expectations, and gives us great support as a family. Thank you!

In response to Concierge Medical not honest reply - Oliver had 6 weeks to reply to me. He ignored multiple requests to contact me and I made a call for a reply. He has since admitted that he did not contact me. He has also attempted to call me on a Saturday evening at 20:55 prior to demanding I remove this review. This was after I asked him to not contact me again following his demand I remove the review. This proves I was not heard - even asking to not be contacted by him again he then felt it appropriate to call me on my mobile on a Saturday evening at 5 minutes to 9pm. This is crossing professional boundaries. I have since had no alternative but to block his number and email address. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Upon receiving a leaflet from Concierge Medical Practice where they advertised their business and services, I contacted them. I was advised a follow-up email would be provided to arrange a meet and greet with a doctor. Several weeks passed. I emailed Concierge and the person I spoke to called Oliver (who is responsible for managing and responding to enquiries) to advise I was waiting for the email to arrange the meet and greet. Oliver failed to reply. I left several more weeks and called Concierge Medical and spoke with Jessica, a Medical PA and advised she would contact Oliver and she apologised for the experience I have had so far. A week has passed and still no reply. I am baffled why a company would spend time and money marketing themselves via leaflets through the door (which is a very dated marketing approach) and then demonstrate lack of integrity with follow up replies after an enquiry. Will be going elsewhere. They do not advertise their complaints procedure so I have submitted a complaint via their info@ email address.

Concierge Medical have been amazing. Always quick to respond, super helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s such a comfort knowing they’re there when you need them. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Over the years I have been a massive supporter of the NHS, proud of the infrastructure that we have, which means it was a very hard decision to move to a private GP company. However since moving I have never looked back, the service is impeccable. I take great comfort in knowing that my health is in good hands, not having to phone at 8am in the morning just to hear you are number 43 in the queue or email in to the surgery and await to hear whether I have been lucky on this occasion to get a call during the course of the day. My health has been put in the very capable hands of Dr Sumeet, who is continually available on any occasion to offer advice and compassion, and someone that I can’t recommend enough. Concierge Medical is undoubtedly the way forward, offering value for money and peace of mind.

We could not be happier with our experience as members of Concierge medical Practice, both for the practical medical attention we have had -- provided swiftly and most pleasantly by the practitioners involved -- and the invaluable and very helpful information provided in the Newsletters sent to members. We value the Concierge Medical Practice highly and are very grateful for its service.
