Absolutely amazing service. We had been waiting for 12 hours for 111 to help arrange insulin for my diabetic nan after she ran out on a Saturday night. I contacted the clinic at 7am and was given an appointment for 8.45am on a Sunday. in the meantime, we heard back from the NHS and no longer needed the appointment. Regardless, I was incredibly grateful for how quickly and efficiently this clinic responded, especially on a Sunday morning. It was such a relief to know there was someone available to help when we were struggling to get anywhere through 111. Would definitely recommend this service.

The clinic is lovely and everything was explained at my appointment. I would definitely recommend this clinic and would absolutely use them again.

Instead of waiting many hours in A and E I contacted the Dunmow Private Medical Clinic and within an hour my daughter had been registered, seen by a brilliant, caring doctor and we had picked up the antibiotics she required. Seamless and convenient service, I HIGHLY recommend.

From start to finish, I felt genuinely listened to and taken seriously. The team were incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, leaving me with plenty of advice and reassurance. Having unfortunately experienced long waits and a lack of answers elsewhere, the difference in care was really noticeable. I would highly recommend Dunmow Private Medical and, whilst I hopefully won't need to, I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future if I needed further help.
