This is an abbreviated version of a longer testimonial that I sent to Dr Clayson to use as required. Please ask for the lengthened version if you wish. Dr Clayson and his wife, Caroline, have provided excellent support to three of my family members. We’ve had blood tests, weight checks/advice, lifestyle discussions, & discussions around Type 1 Diabetes (my 16-year old son) and a total laryngectomy post-cancer (husband). Always professional, always discreet & approaches each of us in a holistic way that the NHS cannot always support. We have no issues with our very good GP surgery in Aylsham, but Dr Clayson provides an invaluable service that is worth every penny. Lack of delay in appointments reduces worry & stress. Availability makes it easier to tie in visits around work & school. And he’s just so easy to talk to. A good listener, extremely compassionate, hearing what you’re not saying just as much as understanding what you are saying. Truly exceptional service every time and we have recommended Blue Tile Health unreservedly to many people.
