Worst pharmacy ever I’d give a 0 if I could staff are insanely rude and clearly don’t care for their job I went to pick up an important repeat prescription and was told no don’t have it we don’t care it’s not life or death when this was ordered in advance and through the doctors they then told me they put it on the spine to collect at another pharmacy and lied about that so had to call them in which they said told you not life or death and slammed the phone down. Would genuinely avoid at all costs whoever is running this place needs to give their head a wobble
Read on Google ↗Came in to get my son’s pulse/bp done, and was informed I could have an NHS free health check. This resulted in me finding out I had high cholesterol. Top notch customer service, care and professionalism. Thankyou All
Read on Google ↗I had a great experience with Kerri at Roundwell Pharmacy! She was very nice and professional. She answered all my questions and the whole experience was quick and easy! Thank you!!
Read on Google ↗Whoever is running this place needs to step up their organisation. Went in to pick up a 6 month prescription (a simple medicine, nothing wild) waiting 40 minutes in a queue and in this time witnessing several prescriptions be handed over wrong or incomplete to others. How is it possible to have 4 people working and not be able to hand over medications accurately and in a timely manner? To top it off i finally get called over to be given 1/6th of my prescription and told to return tomorrow. Why not tell me at the start that the stock isn’t there and give me the option of coming in the next day to pick up the complete order? Rather than make me waste 40 minutes and have to come back again. Absolutely no common sense.
Read on Google ↗I had an extremely poor experience with this pharmacy. They should stick to selling medication instead of offering services they cannot perform professionally. I was booked for a 24-hour blood pressure monitoring session. Upon arrival and checking in, I was asked to take a seat and wait, only to be completely forgotten. When I approached the counter after thirty minutes to follow up, the pharmacist was surprised that I was still there. The device I was given was in very poor hygienic condition, and after about 1.5 hours, I developed a rash. Furthermore, the device was inaccurate, providing readings that were completely different from those on my private monitor. I do not recommend their services to anyone. I am currently considering reporting this matter to the NHS
