I went to for a private GP appointment yesterday to see Dr Rupinder Atwal at Better Bloods in Lindley. From start to finish I felt heard and listened to. I did not feel dismissed once like I do at my own GP. She helped me solidify one of the biggest decisions I have had to make in my life so far and gave me the best advice anyone has ever given me. I saw Dr Rupinder on Friday and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to my concerns, which immediately put me at ease. Unlike previous experiences, I never felt rushed and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. I finally felt heard and understood. A genuinely reassuring, empathetic, and supportive consultation from start to finish.

I came across Dr Atwal at Better Bloods while passing by. I had been meaning to get a blood test done for a while, so I booked an appointment, which was very straightforward. I booked the Well Woman blood test, and the whole experience went really well. I felt comfortable and at ease, and I was able to ask questions freely. My results came back promptly, and I then returned to go through them with Dr Rupinder. She explained everything very clearly and in terms that I could easily understand. She was very approachable, and I felt comfortable discussing my concerns with her. Overall, I’m very happy with the service. Thank you.

Absolutely excellent. I contacted them on WhatsApp and was booked in really quickly to have blood tests. The Dr was lovely when I went in, very friendly, very knowledgeable and welcoming. The premises was clean. My results came back next day and he kindly spoke to me about the results and what they suggest and have me brilliant advice. I found this absolutely invaluable as it identified a condition that my GP just refused to test me for and overlooked and I've been suffering for years with these issues. Extremely helpful and fast excellent service. They obviously care about what they do because the Dr was available to speak to me on a Saturday afternoon immediately after I saw my results and he spoke to me at length about the results and said I could contact for further help if needed and was just so pleasant and easy to speak to. I mean what a relief to be able to talk to a Dr like this! It's so worth every penny to have a professional to just ask for what you want and who will provide a service & results fast and will discuss with you for as long as you need about the results and give proper professional advice. When it's your health this kind of thing is vital! It was well priced and I would recommend this business to anyone. I'm a nurse so I have a clear understanding of what is good healthcare service and not and this is excellent. I appreciate them.
