Anytime Doctor

Poor Service. They obviously did not read the detailed reason that I needed to replenish used drugs. The response stated that I should see my doctor for possible referral This is stupidity as the drug was successful used to treat a dental infection and it was under the advice of my dentist! I guess they just want to see if they can get me to order a complete travel medication pack again. I will not be wasting any money doing that! Please disregard my previous positive review!!! Response to Anytime Doctor Comments: Naturally, I still stand by my original comments. It is quite clear to me that the “doctor” did not read, or at least did not properly consider, the detailed explanation I provided as to why I needed to replenish the stock in my travel kit. I cannot think of a more valid reason for having used the antibiotics: they were taken during my travels, following a phone consultation with my dentist, and I was simply trying to replenish my travel kit afterwards. We have now instructed our bank to initiate a chargeback i to recover the costs that Anytime Doctor claim they never took, despite the fact that the payment was clearly taken. Furthermore, I have instructed all of our travelling staff, as well as those of our sister companies, not to use Anytime Doctor in future. They have gone from being one of our preferred suppliers to being placed firmly on our “Do Not Use” list. This is particularly disappointing given the circumstances and the fact that I had previously considered Anytime Doctor a reliable service.

They charged me £68 for a £39.99 product. I wanted to cancel the order and they didnt message back. If you call it goes to voice mail. Don't use them.

Super happy with the service I received, efficient, quick and I felt they understood my request (travelling to a sub-Saharan country) and prescribed the best medication in case I got sick - plus a LOT more medical supplies which was totally unexpected. It all was delivered very quickly and in a practical ‘medical’ bag which I will absolutely use going for the travelling I do (I travel a lot!). Funny as the other reviewers also requested the travellers pack and had a brilliant experience so clearly Anytime Doctors are doing a great and consistent job. 👍🏼 I’m very impressed (and have also already recommended to friends and family)!

Received my travel pack, which has everything needed, for those unexpected problems. Different antibiotics, creams, dressings etc. We are off to India and this pack was delivered quickly. The first aid bag it came in was also perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone. Family, friends and those just checking the site out. Great service. Thank you.
