Cannot fault the service I received from the Pharmacist. I wanted an RSV vaccine as I’d been very ill with an infection last year. I searched lots of local pharmacies and was let down by one. West Bank pharmacy came to my rescue. I telephoned and spoke to the pharmacist, he went and checked everything and that I could have the vaccine. He called me back and arranged an appointment over the phone. I went at the allotted time and was dealt with promptly and with kindness. Whilst I was in there an elderly lady was in the shop as her doctor had messed up her prescription, I watched the pharmacy team deal with this lady and the error with upmost professionalism, kindness and care. They were relentless in trying to resolve the issue on behalf of the lady. They went above and beyond and sorted everything for her. It was fantastic to see such a lovely team go beyond what many other pharmacies would to help somebody. Well done the whole team.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me lots of useful information about the vaccines I might need and sent the information I needed on email for me to read over before I made any commitments. I really appreciated how thorough and patient they were in answering all my questions and making sure I understood the different options and recommendations. I never felt rushed, and their friendly and professional approach gave me a lot of confidence before my trip. I would definitely recommend this pharmacist to anyone preparing for travel, especially if you’re unsure about vaccinations or travel health requirements. Excellent service and very helpful advice!

I was seen within 20 minutes of my call, which included a 10 minute drive and saved me a long and unnecessary wait in A&E. Thank you so much to Unis and Kerry who greeted me with warmth and dealt with me very professionally. I will be using this pharmacy again if needed.
