Very friendly and happy , more than welcoming to the app and to sign up was easy and quick. Read on Google ↗been woth them for about 6 months first 2 months was okay strains was still terrible but the service was good but now they have taken on way more than they can handle they don't email back they don't call back and when ypu call them they just ignore the phone. the selection of cannabis is shocking 99% of products are freeze dried what means they taste and smell of absolutely nothing yet they still want top shelf prices. I've spent the last 4 months being left without medication because the selection they have on offer isn't worth smoking never mind paying full price. honestly people don't bother go to someone else who actually care about there people and sort things out. just for info I'm a big smoker I spend over £550 a month and this is how they treat you it's cheaper and better quality of your local street dealer please STAY AWAY

All I’ve experienced from this clinic and its staff is incompetence, from either misprescribing me a full prescription, to withholding money that’s due for a refund. Seem a greedy pushy clinic rather than the ones there to actually help.
