I recently underwent cataract surgery at The Wye Clinic with Dr. Ben, and I am truly speechless at the exceptional service and care I received. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Dr. Ben and his entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, reassured, and well cared for throughout the entire experience. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and personal care I received was outstanding. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Ben and his wonderful team for making what could have been a stressful experience such a smooth and positive one. I would highly recommend The Wye Clinic and Dr. Ben to anyone looking for excellent eye care and compassionate service. Thank you, Dr. Ben and the entire team, for taking such good care of me. I truly appreciate everything you did.
Read on Google ↗I cannot speak highly enough of The Wye Clinic, and in particular Mr Ben While. My husband has referred many patients to Mr While over the years, and they have always come back with nothing but praise and positivity about their experience. So, when my dad needed cataract surgery, we had no hesitation in choosing The Wye Clinic for his treatment. In fact, my dad flew all the way from Tanzania specifically for his surgery, which speaks volumes about the trust we had in Mr While. This was particularly important to us because my dad can only see through one eye. Having previously lost the sight in his right eye following a bee sting, I was understandably far more nervous about the surgery than he was. However, from the very beginning, Mr While put us completely at ease. He was incredibly professional, kind, courteous and reassuring throughout. His expertise and calm manner gave us tremendous confidence, and the whole experience was handled with the utmost care and compassion. We are extremely grateful to Mr While and the team at The Wye Clinic for looking after my dad so wonderfully. We would not hesitate to recommend Mr While to anyone considering cataract surgery. An outstanding professional who genuinely inspires trust and confidence. Thank you for giving our family such a positive experience during what could otherwise have been a very worrying time.
Read on Google ↗Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I will be recommending the clinic to everyone I know. All my questions about HRT were answered and the whole experience was specifically tailored to my needs and medical history. Subsequently, I feel like I have been able to make a really informed decision regarding my own health and body and I feel fantastic, despite thinking I wasn't 'that bad' with my symptoms beforehand. Dr Schofield expertly guided me through everything and handled conversing with my GP, alleviating any extra stress.
Read on Google ↗A really first class clinic. Expert, friendly and all booked with no fuss at times to suit me. Mr Madge lives up to his excellent reputation. A very approachable surgeon who clearly explains everything and listens to the patient. His surgery is superbly executed and he remains, relaxed, confident and reassuring. I underwent eyelid surgery to stop excessively wet eyes which ruin my walks in cold weather. So far it seems to have worked but hasn’t been properly tested. I’ll have to wait for winter to find out. All this is backed up by a wonderful, caring and friendly team, from nurses to administrative and reception staff. I cannot recommend the clinic highly enough!
Read on Google ↗I have heard ecstatic reports about this clinic for several years, so when I needed a cataract operation myself, this was my number one choice. I am delighted to say that I could not have chosen better, and in particular my surgeon, Mr Simon Madge is the most skilful and reassuring person one could ask for, as well as being a very personable and friendly gentleman. The clinic and all the staff instil confidence in their top rate professional demeanour, so overall I cannot rate this organisation highly enough. The testing and care, before, during and after the operation is in depth and immaculate. As compared with the current state of the NHS, I would opine that treatment at the Wye clinic is like travelling First Class with a seat at the Captain's table, as distinct from steerage!
