Had an appointment with Dr Rina who explained everything to me and put my mind at rest. We discussed the best treatment. It was good to have more time to discuss my issues. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly and make you feel completely at ease. I felt genuinely listened to and cared for, which makes such a difference. I reached out to this clinic after being disappointed by the NHS. This clinic is a breath of fresh air. Clare is a great point of contact and a friendly face. The clinic is clean, modern with free parking. I was seen by Dr Anna Davies who is caring, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I felt listened to for the first time in a face to face consultation. For what I have paid previously for video consultations this is good value for money. I highly recommend watermill clinic and will be returning here.

The experience at the watermill clinic was exceptional. Dr Davies is the best GP I have ever seen - she was caring and kind, whilst also extremely knowledgable and clearly an expert in her field. I attended my appointment due to challenges with ongoing migraines - I’ve had them for 22 years and this is the first time I’ve spoken with a medical professional who really listened and understood.
