I was made to feel very welcome and a friendly chat at reception put me at my ease. I needed some facial moles removed and the doctor explained the process to me in detail. The moles were removed with little or no pain and within a few minutes. Excellent service throughout and I recommend them very highly indeed.

I went here for skin treatments and botox because I knew that they use qualified medical staff for their procedures. Botox in the hands of someone who does not understand face muscles can be a disaster. Sharon (the qualified prescribing nurse), has many years of experience working in different medical plastic surgery theatres and of cosmetic work. She used botox, and I had 3 light peels, I was also recommended a face product that combines sun block, foundation tint and other yummy products. It is a fab product and as someone who doesnt wear makeup it gives an even glowing skin tone. The clinic also offers many other services but I am going to visit Dr Strawford to review my HRT medications through a blood test and personalised HRT regime.

I had cryotherapy on my face on 3 dark patches/sun damage on 28th April....carried out by Doctor Franklin...I have lived with one of these marks for around 26 years and the other 2 for a couple of years. The larger patch over the years had got darker and bigger and I was using more and more makeup to cover it .... I was elated to find this clinic. I sent photos and messages and an appointment was made after lots of form filling.. My treatment was carried out the same day as my consultation. It was quick and painless... The clinic in Wells is beautiful...easy to find and easy to park. Staff just lovely.. I left the areas to scab over uncovered...then within a week the scabs came off... I'm currently going through the pink stage...of smooth new skin but all is good...I can now cover with a little makeup too. I'm sooo pleased I found this clinic and finally had these patches removed...😊

From the initial consultation with Dr Patrick Fahy-Browne, through to the surgery everything was clearly explained in detail. I felt relaxed and reassured that I was in good hands. The surgery was smooth and I felt at ease through the procedure. The clinic is very well presented, clean and accessible and the team are really welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend Skin Excellence to anyone needing a Lipoma removed.
